Confidence

Confidence is not "they will like me?" but "I'll be okay with it if they don't."

Being confident in yourself is not about impressing other people, but about feeling comfortable with who you are and what you do. Self-confidence is a feeling of trust in your own abilities, qualities, and judgement. Confidence makes life more enjoyable and you find that you can relax more with the unknown and unexpected. When you have that basic trust in yourself, you can take life in your stride, knowing that whatever happens you’ll be okay.

Hypnotherapy is the ideal way to learn this kind of confidence, because true confidence is not something you can consciously create. Constantly trying hard to appear confident can be exhausting and make you feel like you always have to have a mask on.

True confidence is about letting go of self-limiting beliefs, allowing yourself to be the ‘real you’, and trusting yourself to take committed action towards your life goals.
